Hello Revival in Christ followers! I hope you’re having a great Tuesday night. I’m here with family enjoying a hot cup of chocolate while making some adjustments to the website. I wanted to share one of those adjustments because I feel like it’ll be a significant change moving forward. I have decided to abandon the built-in WordPress comments system in exchange for the Disqus comments system.
I don’t want to say this is a permanent change, but for now I’m pretty sure it will be. The reason I wanted to notify you of this change is because a great deal of my followers have come from WordPress and I am forever grateful for your support. The comments I’ve gotten to this day have mostly come from WordPress users exclusively. But Disqus offers me the opportunity to expand the platform. My hope has always been to engage more people and this seems like a step in that direction.
Moving forward you’ll now be able to comment using the Disqus system at the bottom of each post. The benefit of Disqus is that it offers you multiple ways to sign in. You can sign in through your Disqus account, Facebook, Twitter, and even WordPress. This will hopefully lead to a wider audience and more engagement. I encourage every reader to voice your thoughts through the comments. Let me know how you feel and what you thought about the post.
Once again, I want to thank every follower of Revival in Christ. I appreciate you all. If you’re reading this and haven’t subscribed yet, then I hope you consider subscribing. I hope to continue growing this website with the help of God and every follower. Stay safe and remember to always place your faith and confidence in God. He’ll never fail us. God bless you and let’s continue doing great things for the Kingdom!
